SHOT Live demo

SHOT Event Clubhouse

Build your Cultural Clubhouse

Your event should not be a one-day ticket. People join the clubhouse before it, live in it on the day and stay after the final whistle or the final bell.

Football, futsal, beach soccer, street football and boxing. The day runs on the web, so nobody downloads anything.

  1. Before

Fans register and see the teams, fixtures and fight card.

  2. On the day Live

Scores, tables, brackets, votes and the big screen, all on the web.

  3. After

Results, champions and updates stay in the clubhouse.

Before, on the day, after

One clubhouse. Three moments.

Before and after live in your event's clubhouse page, and later in the SHOT Clubhouse app. The day itself runs on the web.

Before

Pre-registration and access

Fans register for the event and its clubhouse. They follow your own ticketing link and see the teams, fixtures, fight card and line-ups.

We store a first name, an email and the consent they gave. They can unsubscribe at any time.

On the day

Live on the web, no download

Fans open a link and they are in. Scores update across every pitch, tables sort themselves and knockouts fill in as results land.

Fight cards show every round. Fans vote, streams play and the big screen follows it all.

After

The community

Results, champions and fan-vote winners stay on the page. You post updates and content as often as you like.

Fans join the clubhouse for your next event, so you start the next one with a crowd.

Built for football and boxing

Two sports. Each one done properly.

The rules of the sport are built in, so your officials score the way they already know how.

Football and its variants

Pitches, refs, groups and knockouts

Run a league, groups into knockouts or a straight knockout. Add as many pitches and referees as you have.

Level knockout games go to penalties. You set the points for a win, a draw and a defeat.

It fits beach soccer, futsal, street football, 7s and small-sided leagues such as a celebrity sixes night.

Boxing

The fight card, round by round

Build a card of bouts with rounds, for white-collar, amateur or prize-fight series. Each judge scores every round on their own phone under the 10-point must system. Cards stay private until the bout is decided.

The timekeeper starts the bout and ends each round. They record the result as points, KO, TKO, RSC, RTD, disqualification, draw or no contest.

Fans vote each round on style, pressure, defence or power. The votes add up to the fans' fighter of the night.

Fans vote by shirt or athlete number.

Nobody's name has to be shown on screen, and full names never leave the server.

One app, four seats

Everyone gets the view they need.

The organiser, the officials, the coaches and the fans use the same live event. Each one sees only what they need.

Seat 1

Admin

The organiser creates the event and adds teams or fighters, pitches, referees and judges. They generate the fixtures and hand out access codes.

On the day they open the vote, switch streams on and post announcements. Afterwards they export registrations.

Seat 2

Referee and judge

They sign in once with a code. A referee sees their games, taps Live, plus and minus, then full time.

A boxing timekeeper runs the bout and each round. A judge scores every round 10-9, 10-8 or 10-10.

Seat 3

Coach

A team manager sees their squad with shirt numbers and names. They also see their fixtures, pitch, referee, results and table position.

Seat 4

Fan

One page, opened from a link. It holds the scores, tables, bracket, fight card, streams, votes and registration.

And the big screen

Scores, tables and fight results sized for the venue screen. It updates on its own, so nobody has to run it.

How it connects

A score goes from a referee's phone to every fan's phone and the big screen. Votes travel the other way.

  1. 1 Organiser sets up

Teams or fighters, pitches, officials and generated fixtures.

  2. 2 Codes go out

Referees, judges and coaches each get an access code.

  3. 3 Officials score on phones

Goals, full time, round scores and results, tapped in at the pitch or ringside.

  4. 4 The server

It checks every change against the rules and keeps one live record.

  5. Fans' phones

    Scores, tables and brackets update.

    4 to 8 seconds
    The big screen

The venue sees the same result.

    6 to 14 seconds
    Fan votes

Fans vote from their phones and the tally comes back live.

  6. After The community

Results, champions and fan winners stay in the clubhouse, ready for the next event.

Timings are from a London street-football event, October 2026.

The fixture generator

Fixtures are built in.

You do not need a separate tournament tool. Enter your teams and the app builds the day.

  • Run a league, groups into knockouts, or a straight knockout with byes.
  • Use any number of pitches and referees.
  • Set the rest between games, so teams are not sent straight back out.
  • Alternate groups through the day. Knockout slots fill themselves in as results land.

Ready for your event

Tell us about your day.

We need a few things from you. We set up the clubhouse and run a test with you before the day.

  • Your teams or fighters, with shirt or athlete numbers.
  • Your pitches, or the order of your fight card.
  • Your referees and judges, so each one gets a code.
  • A stream link, if you have one. It plays inside the clubhouse, and we test it with you first.
